We Love Hartford 21!!!!
We have lived and been a part of the H21 Community for over 10 years and we are very happy here! The Front Office team led ... by Steve is fantastic, the Concierge Team (Deena, Anthony and the rest of the team) are always there to help with whatever you need! The maintenance team (Led by Jorge) is responsive and does quality work. The Cleaning team (Nelly & Rosa) keep the place looking amazing! Definitely a great place to call your home! Hartford 21 Staff
The staff at Hartford 21 makes it worth living here, the entire front desk staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. ... Deena Navas is remarkable, always goes out of her way to accomodate any request, if she does not know, she will find out! Stephanie, Steve, Chris and Lyndsey are exceptionally helpful in the sales department. Jorge Cruz in maintenance is on the point, efficient, knowledgable and very courteous. This is the staff here, excellent! The only feedback I have which is a suggestion, the lobby furniture is old, the carpet is stained and beat up with a lot of foot traffic and especially the chairs are stained, and definitely need to be replaced. Hartford 21 Resident
Hartford 21 employees and concierge are awesome. I want to specifically give a shout out to Deena. She has always greeted ... us, and everyone, with a good morning and a warm smile. Whenever there are local events happening in the city and influx of people come in and out of the building's doors, Deena handles the chaos and addresses resident's concerns and questions, informs about events happening, assists with gate malfunctions outside of the building, takes note of resident needs by continuous communication to Hartford 21's mechanics or to the next upcoming concierge by the end of her shift. She works hard and shows it through her position every day for as long I have lived in Hartford 21, which is about 2 years now. Thanks for all you do for myself, my fiance, and our pets. Extremely pleasant staff
I had recently visited a friend who lives at Hartford, 21, and the front staff female was extremely pleasant and very helpful ... in my confused state of where exactly I was supposed to park and how to get up to the 32nd floor Deena was extremely pleasant!!
